Microsoft Office integration - Outlook

To save time and reduce processing errors, you can use Sage Accounts to create contacts in Outlook for any of your customers or suppliers.


To send contacts to Outlook

  1. File > Microsoft Integration > Microsoft Outlook Import/Export Wizard.
  2. Export Contacts to Outlook > Next.
  3. Select the contacts you want to send > check the correct Outlook folder appears.
  4. Next > Finish > OK.

The following information copies from your customer or supplier records to Outlook:
