Microsoft Office integration - Outlook
To save time and reduce processing errors, you can use Sage Accounts to create contacts in Outlook for any of your customers or suppliers.
To send contacts to Outlook
- File > Microsoft Integration > Microsoft Outlook Import/Export Wizard.
- Export Contacts to Outlook > Next.
- Select the contacts you want to send > check the correct Outlook folder appears.
- Next > Finish > OK.
The information sent to Outlook
The following information copies from your customer or supplier records to Outlook:
- Contact name
- Address
- Telephone
- Fax
- Website
- e-Mail
